Make a warranty claim

FYR warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months, starting from the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt.

Additional information

  • If our technical team confirms a manufacturing defect, you will receive a free replacement of your FYR product.

  • This warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.

  • Examples of damage include exposure to liquids, dropping the device, disassembling the device, or other physical harm. For Xpods, damage can also result from prolonged sunlight exposure, changes in air pressure (such as during air travel), or improper use.

  • Even if you suspect you’ve accidentally damaged your product, please contact us! We’re happy to assess the situation and explore available options.

Our technical support team will assess your claim within 5 business days.

Proof of purchase
Your warranty claim must be accompanied by a copy of your purchase receipt. This can be submitted as a photograph or scanned document.

Please ensure the entire receipt is visible in the image, and that it is clear and legible. Submissions that are blurry or incomplete may not be processed.
